Steve Larson

Steve has been with Richards Merrill since 1982 and is a General and Municipal Securities Principal. As Chairman of the Board, Steve oversees the long-term direction of the firm and manages the municipal bond department. He also maintains a client base and assists them with investment advice and retirement planning. 

Steve graduated from the University of Idaho in 1975. He has served on the District Business Conduct Committee, District 3 of the National Association of Securities Dealers and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Securities Industry Association in New York. He is member of Rotary International and past President of Spokane Rotary South, CCS Foundation Board of Directors, Sacred Heart Hospital Foundation Investment Committee, and former Board Member of the Inland Northwest Community Foundation. 

When he isn’t working, Steve enjoys spending time with his seven grandchildren and traveling with his wife, Marla.
