Tom McDonald

Tom has been with Richards Merrill since 1991 and has 37 years of experience in the financial services industry. He oversees the firm’s financial and operations management, doing the challenging but rewarding work of helping clients navigate their complex financial decisions.

Tom has served on the finance committees of the YWCA and Our Lady of Lourdes Cathedral. He has also volunteered as member and past president of the Spokane Troika Triathlon Association, Gonzaga University Saturday Literacy Program and was a founding member and president of Spokane Daybreak Rotary.

A graduate of Eastern Washington University, Tom is also an outdoor and sports enthusiast. He ran his first Bloomsday in 1983 and has since completed seven marathon race events and numerous shorter distances.
